Subject	Impressed by a Boxster yesterday.

Message	Cruising down the interstate yesterday - was in the right lane getting around a dumbass left lane hog - and there were 2 cars behind me doing the same thing. Then I notice the second car pull out in the left lane and nail it - a red Boxster. Here's where I screwed up. Instead of dropping a gear (doing 75) I got on it in 5th and he got by me while my Z spooled up. The impressive part is he stayed just ahead of me all the way to 130. I didn't know those damn things had that kind of acceleration above 100. It wasn't the S model either but I have no way of knowing if there were any mods. The wife was pretty funny - doing the fingernails in the seat hanging on - but laughed about it when it was over. Anyone else have any personal experience with those Porsches?
